Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hempfield Township

HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered my food and was told it would be here within 30 mins and an hour went by and by the time someone finally answered my call it was an hour and a half and no one knew of my order. The woman whom answered took my name number address and CREDIT CARD info but when I spoke to the "manager" no one knew about my order and she was very very rude and unprofessional and I was told there was nothing they could do about it because I was not in their service area but when I asked when I ordered I was told I was in their jurisdiction. NEVER WILL I PLACE ANOTHER ORDER TO THEM!!!! You should be ashamed and shut down for your ignorance. P.S. when I asked for the manager the arrogant girl replied she was the manager. You my friend need to get a job not involving interaction...

WORST PIZZA HUT EVER! I made the mistake of ordering from this Pizza Hut because I was in Greensburg. NEVER AGAIN! LESSON LEARNED!I had an issue with my debit card, my total was $28 and they charged my card almost $40. I went in to speak to the manager and he brushed it off, telling me to call MY BANK?!?! Customer service was horrible! Had to call an cancel my order and the girl hung up on me. When I called back to ask for the manager she then implied that she was the manager and I asked so your the one that hung up on me and she said no she did not hang up on me but the call was lost. She then informed me that she called her driver to turn around. Then I said it was rude to hang up on me and she said she didn't and I said I am going to have to call your corporate store and once again she said she didn't hang up and I said you sure did.
