I really don’t wanna leave this place a bad review cuz customer service is amazing and the atmosphere is amazing. But this was my 3rd time here and I need to say this. The coffee game here is not good. They offer lattes but don’t have espresso. The use cold brew concentrate (or some sort of chilled coffee) for all the coffees. They don’t have an espresso machine. Being a coffee shop owner myself I know I can be picky. Today when I came in I ordered a latte willing to give it another chance. The woman behind the counter informed me the steam wand was broken and said we are microwaving all the lattes til it’s fixed. In my opinion please don’t even bother with coffee and please don’t call it a “latte” if that’s what you’re doing....

Staff is super friendly and likable, they engaged very well with my kids, atmosphere is cute and cozy, and the ice cream is great. Only improvement I would honestly make is to post calories on servings. They go out of the way to provide options for sugar free selections in north ice cream and coffees. Really good ice cream and great value in 2024 economy. 24 ounce earthquake @ $6.50. I can’t understate the value in this pricing in the current economy. The Earthquake is comparable to the biggest size “snow storm” at the better known ice cream place. It might even be bigger. Absolutely no comparison. This ice cream is so much better.
