This was our first visit to this bar. My wife wanted to review it for her channel. It was extremely loud. Not because of the football game, but because of the 4 intoxicated individuals playing pool. We sat at the table for almost 10 minutes before another patron that was seated at the bar asked it we were waiting for a server. He actually hunted one down for us. A waitress finally came over and pointed out that there were specials and took our drink and app order. The apps looked amazing and tasted the same. 1 drink order was wrong. I got water instead of diet Pepsi. That was corrected. We still didn't have silverware or napkins at this point. Nachos without napkins = messy. A new hire waitress was brought over to take our order. She was nice. We received our food. Again, it looked amazing. My daughter ordered the Buffalo chicken salad. That's where it got bad. A long black hair hanging from her fork into the salad. The original waitress said they'd take that off the bill and asked if she wanted something different. She got the same as my wife. A cheesesteak of some sort. I was actually surprised when I got the bill and we were charged for my daughter's replacement...

I’ve been here twice and both times were fantastic! The staff is incredibly funny, welcoming, and charming. However the stand outs are definitely Bella, MacGuyver, and Alyssa (blue). All 3 always provide prompt service, good recommendations, and laughter ❤️ EDIT: Claudia, the GM, is fantastic! She’s incredibly personable, always has a smile on her face, and makes the best hot toddy ☺️

My go to menu item is definitely the Philly. The house cheese sauce is bomb but definitely not friendly if you deal with lactose intolerance. I opt to swap it out with the provolone and it’s still so good! My food always comes out hot, fresh, and seasoned. Everyone is helpful and willing to navigate the menu with you if you feel a bit overwhelmed.
