Swing Computers — Local services in Henderson

At first this place seemed great. Love small businesses, I am one as well. Foster the owner was responsive and helping to problem solve when a package was due to arrive late. He even refunded the expedited money I paid which was cool. Bu after it became clear it was arriving too late to still be useful I have been trying to cancel. He has been completely unresponsive, literally won’t reply to my email with the next course of action. Sent 5 emails asking to investigate the subsequently cancel the order, he replied to one with incorrect information and won’t answer the phone. They claim to have a 30 day return policy, we will see if/when the package arrives and I attempt to return it. Not sure if I will have to challenge it with my credit card or not accept delivery because he won’t just reply. As much as I dislike big box stores this is a show of force for them with Swings lacking customer service. Bummer. So rude and inconsiderate. I ordered directly from the store, no intermediary and have reached out numerous times...

I bought 3 different Sony speakers that made surround sound from Walmart market place. One of the piece from this place. I went back to local Walmart and give all three speakers ( bar, subwoofer and 2 back speakers). I received refund for subwoofer and back speakers but not for the bar. Bar was sold by this business. Per this business, they received a wrong speaker. Why do I not get refund if they received a wrong speaker from local Walmart where I returned speakers.

I have talked to my CC people. They will be talking to Walmart. I have also complained about Walmart with BBB.

This store does need to be responsible and talk to Walmart. They are doing business on Walmart...

I got this PC on eBay and I have to say it was a great decision. The PC was a couple of hundred cheaper than the price at some of the bigger named stores. It is fast, easy to setup and comes with Win 11 installed. It also included a wired mouse and lighted keyboard. I did a lot of shopping before settling on this gaming PC.
