The cleanliness of staff and your premises really sparkle. Laura Renholm, who has an outstanding personality and knowledge about PAM is the reason we signed on. Our first impression was extremely important. Laura introduced us to Josue your scheduler, a great personality who plays a key role. Kiki, your receptionist always goes the extra mile to accommodate everyone. Heather Gray, Director of Rehab is always on her toes and seems everywhere all at once. She schedules consistent staff for our continuity of care. She monitor’s her staff during sessions and to build trust between staff and patients. Kristin, Cecelia, Adam and Marco each bring a unique and special talent to help our overall therapy experience. Each has a special approach and eager to help us reach our goals. Not just my husband but other patient we met during our sessions feel the same. Linden and Leslie Ranan work diligently wiping down every piece of equipment, always with a smile and exhibit cooperation at its best. What we love most about PAM is their professional attitude. As the spouse of a patient in this Managed Care Facility I had a bad experience my wife was treated well and she got better while being there so I can't complain about the nursing staff they were excellent but the management was bad many things happened I stayed for 4 days in the room with her and I was able to observe and interact with the hospital on a very intimate basis I would say if you have a lot of money and you want the best then this is where you should be but if you're poor like us you get a different level of concern I saw many people being talked to in the lunchroom and in the halls and by the rooms brightest staff and he had many very important conversations and I didn't ever get one I wanted to get the food and it was a problem for me they didn't want to give it to me in the room and one the caseworker actually said to me do you order Uber and I said I don't have money for Uber she looked at me like I was from the moon or something so we were in there because of Medicare and because they had a bad to fill they had a poster in the room of the of the COO and he had a little blurb about how all you want to do you want to talk to me about any problem call my extension number so I tried to get a hold of him and I couldn't get a hold of him it didn't work the caseworker were indifferent to anything I said to them before I came to the hospital I was at home and my daughter told me that she wasn't being treated well my my wife wasn't being treated well and that she was having a lot of problems so I called the case worker and ask her what my wife's status was and she's just said talk to the nurse well I talked to a lot of nurses while my wife was in convalescence and their answer is always she's doing fine because they're not going to say anything that's going to get into a problems with so if you have a lot of money and you can command respect and attention this is the place for you but if you can't then you're not going to have a good experience that's I'm sorry but that's just the way it is Money talks...

Pam rehabilitation unbelievable if you’re looking for a rehab rehabilitation facility, please take my word for it because I’ve been through it and this is the only facility that will help you I’ll name some of the people that I’ve learned to absolutely adore Marc Duyanen he is the executive assistant administration and let me tell you this gentleman is so personable great attitude, caring I have someone over this facility and he takes care of you like your family!!

My CNA I had today and yesterday was Maya She is absolutely awesome She comes in with a smile you put on the nurses light She answers immediately there’s my night CNA Maelesha She is awesome as well. They technically all answer immediately. My nurse that really stood out is Mia. I mean I was 10 minutes after asking her for medication and she was here in my room with the medication.!

The therapy room, the gym oh my gosh I’ve never seen a gym so big there’s so many therapist in that room that are helping helping me to move forward with my life equipment adjust outstanding equipment. I just can’t even tell you or go over how many different things you can do to get your strength back in every part of your Body 🤩🤩

I did not get the chance to tell you about the people in Therapy Matt is a Therapy tech, I have never met a gentleman so kind Great personality And knows those machines in the gym like the back of Oh yes, and a smile you cannot forget that smile He’s so contagious. He’s a great guy and I worked with Lee in therapy Wonderful. He’s a great talker, but he’s kind sweet gentle I mean everybody in there Joe, my girl I Call her D her name is Denisha that I have a hard time sometimes say her name she brightens the room when she walks in smile galore I’m sure I’ve forgotten Bree my stand nurse she can’t be beat. I’m sure I forgot people and that’s because the facility is so huge. It’s only been open since February 4, 2025.
