Worst experience I have ever had with KFC.
Location: 680 East Horizon Dr, Henderson, NV 89015
Waited in the drive through line for over 35- 40 mins and by the time I got up to the window the staff member informed me he had to place me on hold, 12 mins later still with no service/order, I asked “is someone still there” and the staff member running the drive through said “yes” however, we are very behind on our orders and it will take at least 20-30 mins until I can take your order. I informed then that everyone behind me waiting to place their order is leaving and I am leaving myself especially if I am going to have to wait that long.
Whoever was running the drive through they displayed poor customer service and were very unprofessional.
This KFC location I will never be coming back to, as for some reason there is always a delay with getting your order but this time was more than the typical 10 mins wait.
If this is a franchised own location then I highly recommend you provide customer service training to your staff because this was an “unsat” experience for all the customers that came through the drive through on Sunday (11/02) evening from 5:00 - 5:45 pm, resulting in everyone leaving due to terrible customer service, and...
Read moreAt around 4pm on Sunday Oct, 6th I went to the drive thru waited n waited for anyone to taKe my order, I finally drove up to the window to no avail, I honked my horn nothing, I drove to the front and saw what looked like a few people in the dining area, I went inside one employee was assisting a person on the kiosk I waited a few minutes and asked is your drive thru opened the employee looked back at the window and said we are short handed I looked in the dining area two employees were sitting at tables on their phones not looking up!!!!!! I walked out and drove back to see if the drive thru was going to be attended too, to my surprise the window opened these unprofessional kids were back in the kitchen. The unprofessional kid took my order. That was it, didn’t say hi may I help you, here’s your order come bacK again!? I worked this store for a total of 8 hours. 4 hours of orientation on the 1st of April and 4 hours worked on the 5th of April. I should have received 2 checks already. The first one on April 8 which I understood that someone messed up and did not put the hours in for orientation. So I let it pass until the 2nd payday on the 22nd which I should have received pay for the 1st and the 5th on that check. I was told on the 22nd checks came with no names on them to come back on the the 24th then I'm told they have a check for me and mind you it was not the full amount in addition to the fact that it had only my address and no name. Now it's the 26th and I still have no check. How does a company like KFC have payroll issues not corrected for almost a month. I am not the only one.
