McDonald's — Restaurant in Henderson

If I could I would honestly give this place no star. Their is a lady there, I'm not quite sure of her name but I am extremely observant. I pay ATTENTION to detail. By detail, I do mean; I pay ATTENTION to my surroundings, including how people interact with others including myself. I pay ATTENTION to facial expressions, I pay ATTENTION to the tone of voice, I pay attention to the tension between others. I'm very observant. I came into the store one morning to ask a question- their is a manager there and I'm not sure of her name but I know that she was racist. She was black, mid 40s, chunky, and very RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and ARROGANT. I've noticed how she talks to people of her race rather then how she talks to white people. Their was a dark skinned lady right before me, her attitude was pretty chilled with this lady, she was cracking up, making jokes. and having fun. However, it was my turn to talk to her, she rolled her eyes, rolled her hips, and said "yes?" Which wasn't customer service in the first place. I dont have tolerance for racism and a manager definitely shouldn't be a manager if she's racist. As I would see that this could and would cause problems. This would be a great opportunity for this lady to take advantage of her white employees. As a company, I would suggest the company to look into this matter. And do something about this.

On the other hand, john is the best manager they have there. The racist lady and john are the only 2 managers I have met. Now, my wife works there, and he treats her really good. He helps her. He gives her the day off when she needs it and is very understanding. The other manager on the other hand had already came up with an excuse to write my wife up within a week of being there. Furthermore, I can admit when my wife is wrong for being late, and yes, she deserved a write up but there were others late and no, they didn't get a write up. She fussed at my wife for how she was driving around the exit, and these were just days after she got hired I dont appreciate this and I sont appreciate how she treats my wife. Dont...

I personally don't buy anything from this McDonald's location on Andrews Ave bc there is a sign on the door by the drive thru exit that states limit stay here to 30 minutes while consuming food. And that sign is the reason I don't spend money at that location, bc I don't like to go anywhere that I feel rushed to leave as soon as I spend my money especially when it is a restaurant bc I feel like that McDonald's statement to their customers is come in hurry up, spend your money with us, then hurry up, eat this food & get out. Personally I think that sign is rude to every potential customer that sees that sign. I understand that bc of the part of Henderson that that McDonald's is located in then they have to do something to keep people from loitering, waiting to conduct illegal activity or to keep panhandlers from soliciting their paying customers, but there is a better, more professional way that Andrews Ave McDonald's management could accomplish this. And im sure that if I feel this way then I am not the only person that interprets this sign the same as I do. Because McDonald's management & owners need to realize that it is their paying customers & their money that keeps this location open...

This location has become THE worst McDonald’s in the area. The staff and management lack experience, professionalism and manners. I watched this morning in drive thru, as a manager encouraged a fight amongst patrons. I witnessed a woman pull in front of another woman to get to the pay window, because she intentionally and recklessly stopped and would not move forward because the lady blew her horn. The two woman argued at length in drive thru and a fight almost broke out. I heard the manager tell this woman to go even slower. There were more than 6 cars behind me and only one in front. Being a senior citizen myself, it does not entitle you to be rude, reckless and a danger to others.
