McDonald's — Restaurant in Henderson

The worst ever!!! Sat in the far outside line while car after car after car from the inside lane kept going through. Told "I'm sorry. Im taking orders and money it will be a minute." Then its time to order the guy was rushing me. No sweet tea. Trying to hear my kids change their drink order and he's steadily talking. So I go inside. Yes I'm already aggravated but why is there 2 guys standing at the front not a sole inside in line. Could the manager not be like hey take orders while he takes $$. Switch up roles to make the dang drive thru flow easier. I mean at lleast 5 cars went ahead of me that werent there when i got in line.Dude literally counting $ from his personal wallet n other just oblivious. Blonde long hair dude hands me my kids drinks. I ask which is which. This BOY literally says "oh their marked". Are you kidding me?? I've already complained and u tell me oh their marked. Customer service where?? Slap ridiculous at how things were going. If you can't do 2 jobs at once then ask for help but dont put me on hold while the rest of the inside line keeps moving bc u wanna be superman and can't even one bit keep up. No reason 5 cars went ahead of me no reason I'm getting rushed for my order when I had to wait on you and yalls stuff is broken. Find some new technicians that know what their doing or fix it urself. But like most people these days ohh its not my job or ohhh I dont get paid enough. Or ohh we ain't suppose to blah blah blah. Hell its already broke. What else can u do break it again. And?? Its tea?? Get a pot n boil it. Who cares its not done in the proper machine. Get these young cats on a headset taking orders so u can take $$. The blonde lady during the day that's older has never not once in my 10 plus yrs being in Henderson made me wait on car after car after car to do the same thing that man today around 7pm did. Never. She's an absolute boss and you may need to take some pointers from her dear sir that wouldn't HUSH or stop rushing me! Ohhh and the soda machine in the lobby guess what. BROKEN ALSO!!! Take some initiative fix the crap or at least try. Take some initiative and go off the course and get the damn line moving both sides. Worst experience I've ever had here. Besides the normal evening crew just rude. Yall really need some training from ur am peeps. Maybe split up and do just that for about 7 days. The upgrades to the building are nice!! They will just hire anyone. Some people look very unsanitary. Update....... After football game Friday night in Henderson. Went there got a big order several things were not correct including a missing meal all but drink. Went there today was told we could get the meal Friday night when we called... our name would be in the BOOK......ohhhhh k. Are we kindergarten. Oh yeah it's McDonald's. Went in today and was completely dunned about the meal my wife showed them the call log where she had called. Was still being "questioned" "interrogated" about the meal. Under 13$ omg. We finally walked out. Found the receipt in the truck went back in to just to show them. Anyway I don't know why we even try. I mean look at the sign. That's about what your service will amount to. Also notice the sandwiches are steadily shrinking and the prices steadily going up. New owners are garbage. We only go there as a last resort. After today no more period. Just my opinions if you like getting scr...d then continue...

This place has gone south after Carol sold. I had my heart set on breakfast and was waiting at the register to order, no one else in front of me and also nobody there to take my order. I waited about 8 minutes and at exactly 10:30 an employee returned to the register, i ordered breakfast and she said sorry we are no longer serving breakfast. I replied, I've been waiting here 8 minutes, certainly you have something left for me. She said sorry sir, I can't do it. Carol had this place running like a well oiled machine. Sure do miss her. I walked out. I tried again another day, I walked inside at 6.30am and the lady at the counter said, "sorry sir,  our lobby is closed, but the drive thru is open." I said,  "I walked here, can I please order to go?" She said, "Sorry, we cant." So, I went outside and walked up to the drive thru window and asked to order, the man said, "We can't serve you sir."
