Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Henderson

I've had takeout here 3 times in the past 4 months, which turned out to be 2 too many visits. I give one start because the food is okay, when it was given to me at a reasonable time(usually it's just sitting there getting cold while I wait for someone to acknowledge or make eye contact or even speak to me at all.) Out of all the people that have walked by or saw me standing I've had exactly one person act as if they knew what customer service was. Short haired girl at the front was quick and gave great service-she was the only one. Some workers like the guy with the long goatee that drives a big old white ford truck has been there everytime ive walked in and would rather sit back and BS with Co workers rather than do ANYTHING. He could not even hand me the food I've clearly been waiting for the 10 mins I've stood Infront of the counter disregarded like I'm not there. I've worked in many restaurants and fast food places(even a pizza place) and would be embarrassed at the lack of customer service and will not be ordering here ever again. If all you expect is average pizza, there's dozens of places I'd recommend going to before here, like literally, any...

Ordered online pickup. Got there after the app said my order was ready. Pressed the button saying I was there and literally parked right in front on the entrance. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to bring out my order but nobody came out. I could see my order sitting on the rack so I just walked inside and got the attention of the kid making the pizzas as he was the only person up front. He asked my name, told me someone would help me soon, the proceeded to fiddle with his phone to change whatever music he had playing in his ears, then very slowly and lazily start work on some pizzas instead of helping me, which would have taken two seconds of his time. I look in the back and see a girl in the back moving something with the delivery guy so I wave to get her attention. She sees me and asked if I was picking up. I said yes and told her my name and pointed at my pizzas. She gave them to me and I left. I could not believe how long it took just to get my pizza. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Horrible...

BARF! I ordered a pepperoni pizza w/ green peppers on half & easy sauce, garlic knots, and one additional pepperoncini. What I received was not edible: the pizza was at best... room temperature & what's probably considered a normal amount of sauce (as opposed to easy sauce). It gets more disgusting than that #PizzaMood more like #PizzaMook , the garlic knots were not only soggy, but also grezzzyy, and cold... and for reasons beyond my comprehension it smelled faintly like piss.

Even better, the bulk of the order was paid for with an e-gift card and the other portion was paid with a debit card... so I don't even know if I can get my money back... plus I am not even hungry any more nor did I finish so much as one slice & you can bet I threw-up just a little. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have lost my appetite because of the condition of the food and/or service that I've received from this...
