China Wan Wan — Restaurant in Henderson

I just recently moved to Henderson 4 years ago. And I really liked this restaurant for their food. It was convenient. It's literally around the corner from my house. And in the beginning they were friendly. I've ordered Numerous times when I get sick. I love their soup. My children love their Orange Chicken but today was just awful on customer service and the way they spoke to me. I ordered my usual Of pepper steak And shrimp Fried Rice and I thought it was for delivery again. I ordered from them all the time. So I didn't really look at the receipt at the end which is absolutely my fault. But when she called when I could ask Her to switch it from pick up to delivery. She told me that it was absolutely my fault And I need to pay attention better And how could I not see that? It was for pick up and not delivery? So I said, if you can't deliver it, then just go ahead and give me a refund and she said why would I do that? It's not my fault. Then finally she agreed to change it to delivery. And when delivery man got here, he did not knock. He just called my phone and said are you home? I stated. Yes, are you at the door and he hung up on me absolutely rude. I will never ever Will eat here again order here again or recommend this restaurant to anyone that is not how you speak to people. too bad You lost a loyal faithful customer of 4 years...

Same complaint on lunch menus. You are suppose to get white or fried rice AND noodles. I ordered lunch menu 2 days ago and received both. I ordered today and when I got home-no noodles. I called and complained. Rude employee said I had to choose between 1/2 rice and noodles or all rice, although the menu clearly states meal comes with rice and noodles. Employee was loud, arrogant and aggressive on the phone. I asked to have the manager call me back, but was told the manager wouldn't be back until 4P.M. and that I could call her back. She refused to leave a message for the manager. This is the second or third time I have encountered rude or attitude impeded employees at this restaurant. It's a shame because they have good food and the service degrades...
