Taco Bell — Restaurant in Henderson

The girl that was in the front counter was very sweet and nice. The reason why I gave this place a 1 star, was because there were 3 shift managers on duty and they all set a poor example of proper food handle. One manager was making himself a burrito with gloves on and his phone on one hand, place the phone on the counter and then grabbed the utensils. The other manager that was at the drive thru making food got his gloves wet and then wiped them with a paper towel and continued on making food. The drive thru associate was touching the cups on the rim. Boy this place very unsanitary..I left without ordering anything. I have visited some TB that the managers have pride in their store not this one. The employees were on their phone's and back to handling your food without hand washing. The only person that washed his hands was the guy in the backroom prepping. All it needs is some proper training and some pride in...

I had 100.00 dollar bill . I order food drive thru because indoor dining closed at 8 pm. On a Saturday day night. Drive thru is backed up . 6 cars in front of me . I get there and they said $26 .46 . I had her 100.00. . Well they came back about 5 min later . Sorry we cant take 100.00 dollar bill . Now there's no signs saying that no 100.00 bills excepted . So I had waited. And now they just wasted $ 26. 46.. werth of food .. are you making anything . At that Taco bell . On Horizon Ridge parkway. And College . Street . So, went here Sunday, Dec 8 for lunch. I ordered online because it’s easier.

I get to the drive thru to grab my food

First, there’s a line, which whatever, but when I get to the person standing outside, they said, “got you. You’re good.”

Second, they give me the wrong food

Third, when I went inside to get it fixed, “we didn’t make that order.”

Now, I’m waiting with the people who have been waiting in the store to get their food. The four workers are going (what I hope is) as fast as they can, even though they’re slower than snails.

But I’m behind the rest of the line despite having been here longer because of the driver thru.

Something’s gotta give.

The person taking the orders outside needs to make sure stuff gets through, because the kitchen sure as hell didn’t get my pickup order.

Next, hire more people. Stop being a stingy Scrooge and looking at profits...
