Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Henderson

I walked in, hoping to dine in, the employee said their dining room is available after I asked him. He said hold on a moment & when he came back I told him I was dining in and he turned around and said “oh we don’t do that it’s just delivery or carry out” I was Surprised to say the least, but I was hungry, so I placed a carry out order. A few minutes later, a family with about five children walks in, I assumed they were planning to dine in, so I told them and then they talk to the employee, and the employee looked at me funny, and he asked “ did you tell them that?” I said. “ yes since that’s what you told me.” he said to them. “ that’s not true we do allow dine in”. I cannot believe the way that I just got treated. It was very unprofessional and humiliating to say the least. When I called later, he offered no apology, he just said “okay”. I wish I had told him to cancel my order and give me a refund. I don’t think I will ever come back to this location again. I hope the owner sees this and takes this seriously. Worse time ever. Slow to take order after you're told go have a seat. Brings pizza & garlic cheese bread & all is over cooked. Only ate 1 of the 3 garlic cheese bread. Had to go practically beg for someone to cut pizza again for us after asking for knife & being given spatula. Finally after 2nd time, someone brings big pizza cutter & cuts it. Waitress never came back to table. Never asked bout needing more drinks, or anything else including to bring check. Finally go to register & they have to hunt for our order to check us out & finally $31.02 later we get to leave. Might want to remember thin crust doesn't need to cook as long as thick and cheese bread sucks when basically burnt. Plus would been nice to had more to drink to go with dried out food. We eat at the Henderson location on a regular basis. The waitress during lunch is great. She goes way beyond her job description and Janet is great also. They both go out of their way to keep the place running. While the mgr Charlie I believe it it on several occasions during the lunch crowd does nothing. She walks pass pizzas that are waiting to be put on buffet while the other staff is working their butts off. She does more hiding and talking than she does anything. Heard today say she worked for free yesterday and working for free today. Well in my opinion she doesn't do enough to get paid. She I think is the worse mgr they have had in a while. Looking around the restaurant during this time we are not the only ones that are displeased with the mgr because they all see her not pulling her share of the work.
