Railroad pass — Restaurant in Henderson

We came out for a staycation, the rooms were amazing, clean and comfortable, went downstairs to the restaurant for the prime rib which I have had several times before the remodel and I have to say gross, the mashed potatoes were clearly instant mashed, the vegetables had absolutely no flavor and neither did the prime rib. We paid 25 per plate for food I wouldn't feed my dog. The service if that is what you call it was horrible, the table next to us had food left on it the entire time we were "eating" the waitress never came to check on us, she brought out stale cold rolls. Another couple came in while we waited and waited for the check and she was so busy chatting with them I dont think she would have noticed if we would have walked out without paying.

Update: we told the waitress how disgusting the food was, the waitress told the manager amber, the manager cashed us out and never said I am sorry about your meal, nothing I had to walk away so I did not say anything...

Very disappointed... We've been stopping here when we have a load this way for awhile now. We loved the truck parking, dog friendly setup, truck stop, hotel, restaurants, etc all in one place. So convenient when you're a trucker! But last night, everyone we talked to from front desk staff to waitresses were very distracted & not accommodating! Steak was not cooked like I asked, but she never came back to check & we were hungry, so I cut off what I could handle. Baked potato wasn't done. Waitresses all stayed in the back more than in the dining room! We will give it another chance, as maybe this was the B team, which is weird for a Friday...

Hey truckers , don't stop here. Keep going. THIS PLACE SUCKS .Just go somewhere else. Keep driving. This place is overpriced, food and drinks. They advertise drink specials in the bar but then they do not honor their drink specials. Poor quality management. Poor quality service. Bartenders have no personality. They do not like truck drivers. This place used to be much much better. Steadily gone downhill. I've been stopping here for years. This is the last time I ever come here..NEVER AGAIN. I will never again spend one damn thin dime at this place. There's better places to go that appreciate the...
