Rustic Lounge — Restaurant in Henderson

Been coming here for 3 years and has always been a blast. GREAT karaoke and nice vibe. Tonight, the wife and I lost the usual hundred bucks in the machines. We each had 4 drinks apiece. They were MUCH weaker than usual, so they really only count as 2. Then, Taylor presents us with a $33 tab! We explained that we've been coming for 3 years and have always spent enough in the machines to more than cover our drinks. We also tip well and tip the karaoke guy also. She didn't want to break. So, we applied her tips toward the scam tab and WILL NOT return. Too bad for the owner who is now going to lose out on the $100-$200 per week that we spend there AND they will lose out on a LARGE birthday party that we were planning in September that would have been several hundred-thousand $$$ in one night. This girl single handedly cost this bar $$thousands by treating regulars like we are some random Boulder Highway trash, while she continually flirted with a guy that is not her man, and took forever to serve us in an empty bar. I would understand if we'd never been there before but we are loyal regulars! Well... WERE! HERE IS A WORD OF ADVICE: machines make WAY more money than the booze. Nice watering hole for locals. Bartender was very nice and attentive for being only person handling all facets of running the place during time I was there. Karaoke started at 9pm and it was definitely a locals bar. Very polite elderly couple approached me and made me feel welcomed. It was first time for me on checking this bar out. Only concern I would address was the smokers smell that permeated the place, it does have that smell of needing to be aired out, I am not a big fan of bars that smell like ashtrays when you walk into them from get go. Tayler is the worst bartender she stands around chatting with guys only and will ignore you if your gambling and need service. Have been coming here and gambling for 3 years never seen her before and she charges for comp drinks there's a sign tha Cleary states max bet u get 2 drinks per 20 and she gives u soda and charges and claims to call Carmen the manager. We love Carmen and Andrea they r amazing. We were literally planning a huge party's for 2 bdays this bar will be losing lots of money due to having the worst staff member Taylor. She rude and if you watch your cameras you will see her standing around with a guy chatting most of the time. No wonder the bars empty tonight she's terrible with service and scams the bar...
