Taco Bell — Restaurant in Henderson

We had a moblie order and once we got home we had 2 items missing. This happens alot however it was something that cost more than a few bucks and it was my childs. I called and they told me to come back but to come inside. The cashier rang up missing items and said it would be a minute or so. I waited about 20 mins. During that time the drive thru got busy. They kept taking orders and fixing the drive thru orders. There was 4 people working and they couldn't fix my 2 missing items during that time? I even ask about 15 mins after waiting how much longer and they replied you still have a few people in front of you. Again 4 people working, one cashier, 2 cooks on one side and one guy was on the other but im not sure exactly what he was doing b/c about 90% of the time he was on his phone, cleaning a grill with one hand and he had gloves on but kept scratching his head and then stocking food on that side with the same hand he scratch his head. I sat there and watch. I ended up just walking out. The inside was so dirty and the air vents wasnt working so it was very smoky. The food we got wasnt fixed like ordered, cold time we got to eat and I had to fix my child something else to eat since it was his food missing. Come on taco...

I want to support this store, as it's in my home town.... but every time I go there, mistakes are made. This morning, I went there for breakfast and ordered (3) sausage breakfast burritos with breakfast salsa. When I pulled up to the drive thru window, the lady said that it would be 30 minutes for the sausage and would I rather have bacon. I don't eat bacon so I said that I would just have egg and cheese, please. When she came back and handed me the bag, it only had one burrito in it (I paid for three), no salsa, no napkins, and no receipt. I told her that I had ordered three, and she went back in. She came back with a second bag with the two other burritos, but again, no salsa, no napkins, and no receipt. When I asked for some salsa, she gave me two packets of salsa.... for three burritos! After all of that, when I opened the burritos, there was way more tortilla shell than there was egg and cheese! I gave up on the napkins and the receipt. On multiple occasions, I have stopped here for breakfast and they are already out of eggs and/or breakfast meats.... how does that happen? As I said, I want to support this local business but I can go across the street to McDonald's and get better food and...

I placed a mobile order this evening. They left out $10 worth of items. I didn’t discover this until getting home, 15 minutes out of town. I called up there and was informed that to get a refund I would have to come in or I could get the food. When I got there I had to wait 5 minutes before anyone came to see why I was even there. Once I was finally helped, I waited 20 minutes before provide one of the items that was left out…and had to wait another 10 minutes for the second. They still left out the dipping sauces, but I figured it would be another lengthy wait so I left. There was another patron who had been waiting for a mobile order for 30 minutes when I got there and finally got hers just before I got my second forgotten item.

Unless you have an hour or more to devote to walking them through your order…don’t count on getting your order in completion. Tonight was the worst they’ve screwed up an order, but there is usually something missing when we order from here. If you want Taco Bell, just drive to Jackson….you’ll end up with your food faster and a much higher likelihood of...
