Came in for a networking event with my colleagues, late due to work. Hostess commented on our late arrival and catching us up (menu was for tasting of 5 wines). She didnāt introduce herself. Pouring the wine, she rattled off what was already printed on the menus. She was attentive in the sense that she watched us to make sure that as soon as we were done with one, that she would fill it with the next. At the end, of the tasting she asked if we wanted a glass or bottle of anything, I opted to order a bottle to take home. Everyone elseās order came in a bag, but she ran out of bags for mine⦠I donāt think there was a rush to get us out of there because after the tasting, a gentleman started speaking about the history of wine and their business. A tour of the facility was also offered. So not sure why her service with our table was so rushed and lacking of friendliness. It was the first wine tasting for my team and I and it just didnāt live up to what we thought it would be like, but then again-we are in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas excited after a long drive to sit back and unwind. We are from the Napa area of Nor Cal and for us its our way of decompressing.
We found that the satff was really not into entertaining with explanations of the wines, where they came from etc. The women who first attended us was super disconnected and snobish. If it wasn't for her counterpart and the friendly folks next to us we would have left half way through our flighr.
The flights were very expensive as well as the glasses of wine. We would maybe have bought wine had it norlt been for the lack of customer service.
General rule of thumb is to at least discount our glasses..
We were never given menues for ordouvers although we seen regulars ordering.
We did end up leaving shortly after, we even tipped 20% although not an earned tip and would have received more if we we're given good service.
Oh by the way... I did explain several tines I didn't have my glasses and the menu was hard for me to read..
So great job of helping someone at a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe visited the winery in conjunction with other birthday activities in Las Vegas and pre-arranged our wine tasting for a group of 7. When we are arrived the host looked shocked to see us and asked if we made arrangements of which we did. Amanda quickly helped us and got the tables arranged and offered to add an extra table so we were not packed into two small tables. The location is a small store front in an industrial park with limited seating, but like some have noted, it is what you make it. If you have great companions then you will make the experience enjoyable. We did the tasting while some purchased by the glass. Overall, Amanda was knowledgeable on the wines and did a great job of helping us celebrate the birthday ladies. Her co-worker on the other hand was off-putting and made the entire group fell unwelcomed. The Winery would have received four stars if it wasn't for the co-worker's...
