I have several comments about this Toyota dealership. 1- Is it a good place to buy a car? The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I do believe they try to make buying a vehicle as painless as possible given the fact that cars are expensive and finance fees have gone up. 2- Do they have any cars? I was looking for a Highlander, which made buying this vehicle difficult. They had no Highlanders to test drive, so my wife and I had to order one sight unseen. It took two weeks for the vehicle to arrive, only to find out that they ordered the wrong one. Luckily one of the owners had a demo vehicle that was being driven by a family turned in that day. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for. So we purchased this vehicle, which even though it was a year old was like brand new. 3- The deal and financing? I was trading in a 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe, which was in excellent condition. They quoted me a trade in amount of $17,500. This was a little low, since I had already checked Carmax and Blue Book for the value. In light of the fact that I was trying to find the vehicle we wanted and get this process moving I agreed to the trade in price. I also had them agree to paying for half of the registration. So this is the part you need to pay attention to. When my wife and I sat down to start the final paperwork the salesman didnât remember the deal he and the sales manager had agreed to. So we had to discuss this with him again. After a short conversation he did agree to paying for half the registration fees. Then when the finance papers were drawn up, they were offering me $17,000 for my trade in, which was $500 less than before. Again I was anxious to close the deal in light of the fact that the Highlander was very nice and they are hard to find. So I kept quiet and took the $17,000. Once we got to the sales office where all the documents are signed they dropped my trade in value another $500 dollars. Were we being taken advantage of? Iâll let you decide that. Here is the moral of the story. If you decide to buy from this Toyota dealership, as you are discussing the deal they will have a piece of scrap paper to write on and for you to look at. The salesman will even have the sales manager sign it to show you he is serious. I would seriously recommend that you take your own writing pad, duplicate the notes they have wrote, have the sales manager sign it keep it as your own record. That way when you return you have all the notes and signatures to prove what was discussed. Trust me, they will say, I donât remember. The sad part is that I thought the salesman would keep the notes with numbers we had agreed to and show them to us when we were making the final decision. No body kept the notes, itâs like youâre starting all over again. I thought they would have started a file on us, kept all the notes and any other important information in it. If youâre not paying attention, you can be taken advantage of. I hope this information has...

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service and attention you provided during my recent visit for my 2014 Toyota 4Runner. From start to finish, you made the entire experience smooth, professional, and stress-freeâand thatâs something I truly value and donât take for granted.
First and foremost, thank you for the quality service on my 4Runner. Itâs clear that you take pride in your work and genuinely care about the vehicles and customers you handle. Whether it was keeping me updated on the status of the service or clearly explaining the work that needed to be done, your communication was consistent, honest, and helpful. That kind of transparency and reliability really builds trust, and itâs a big part of why Iâll continue to bring my vehicle back to Findlay Toyota Henderson.
In particular, I want to say a big thank you for helping me replace my key fob. I know it might not seem like a major task, but it was something that was bugging me before departing, and the way you handled it made a world of difference. You didnât just treat it like a routine replacementâyou took the time to make sure everything was programmed correctly, worked smoothly, and that I understood how it all functioned. Itâs that extra level of detail and service that really sets you apart!
Youâve gone above and beyond in every aspect, Emilio. You were professional yet approachable, knowledgeable yet patient, and efficient without ever making me feel rushed. Itâs rare to find someone who can balance all those things so well. Your attitude made a routine service feel like a personalized experience. Thatâs not just good customer serviceâitâs great customer care.
I also want to acknowledge the environment at Findlay Toyota Henderson. The entire team there reflects a high level of professionalism, and I can see the culture of care and quality that you all bring to your work. But itâs people like you who really make the difference. You are the reason customers feel confident bringing their vehicles in and the reason they come back.
Itâs refreshing to know that whenever I need service or support with my vehicle, I have someone like you I can count on. That peace of mind is priceless, and itâs a direct result of your dedication and hard work.
So again, thank you, Emilio. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my 4Runner. Thank you for your attention to detail, your professionalism, and your excellent attitude. I truly appreciate it, and I look forward to working with you again in the future.

Read moreI had a very bad experience and I will never bring my car back for service or buy a car. I brought my car in due to the red charging light came on was told that would be $170 diagnostic fee ok I get that then I told the advisor my air was blowing in and out hot and cold told that cost around $400 for an eval or whatever is done to check it. I sat for two hours to find out I had to leave my car overnight , was told I needed a new alternator and battery because my battery was drained from the alternator. I stated to the advisor and gentleman he brought over to talk to me that they would put the battery on the charger over night and see the status of it the next day. I was told the next day the battery was dead and I needed a new one . I had just bought a battery maybe a year ago or less and it was still under warranty with Sams club thatâs where I purchase my batteries . So the advisor said you should probably call them to let them know ahead of time . Then before I got there the next day they are sending me a quote to purchase a new ac compressor which runs around 1700?? The old one is not good. So I was under the impression now it wasnât working at all and I ask so itâs not working at all itâs not even blowing any air and he says oh itâs still blowing like it was so of course I did not get the compressor I can not afford . I am just really upset about the entire experience because sitting there on Friday I get a text wanting to buy my car then a salesman very nice gentleman approaches me and asks me if I want to test drive a car?? If I was in the market to buy I would of asked to test drive a car. Is this company so desperate to buy and sell me a car and put pressure on me to purchase things in the service department that are not needed?? Example the battery they said I needed a new one, well I went directly to Samâs club to have them check my battery and guess what I was told that it was put on a battery scope or whatever they use to test all aspects of the battery and my battery was fine so I feel that at this experience Findlay Toyota was being very shady with me maybe because Iâm a woman , I do not know that they think that but I know how to handle my business and being a very long term customer I deserve the respect and honestly of a place I felt very comfortable bringing my car to for all these years , you can pull up my long history of maintenance and see my loyalty . I know this review will not change anything as I am only one person , I just hope itâs taken so that someone else doesnât walk away feeling like I did very very frustrated. I would give zero if it...
