Dodge's Southern Style — Restaurant in Hendersonville

I don't like coming on here to bash any company at all especially after the hard times we're all going through...However I pass by here every morning on my way to work and have been wanting to check this place out. I stopped by here on my way home with the kids and wanted to grab something for the 4 for us...Nothing crazy just get something in our stomach for the hour ride home. $14.40 total (no biggie) Saw the Small cup of chicken (figured we should be able to get about 5 pieces of nugget size chicken from it each) and 2 apple pies (I thought were the "goJo's(no...that's the potato wedges advertised at 2 for $3.99.....2 potato wedges....ITS POTATOES!!) The chicken was good....but they were CRUMBS!! $8.99 FOR CRUMBS!!! this is 10 pieces....OF CRUMBS!! That cup must of been stuffed with paper on the bottom to look fuller than it was....cus that's not what it looked like at all!! I could have fit it all in 1 hand. And I don't have big hands....

Apple pies were good though... BUT TALK ABOUT A RIP...

I went to this exact location yesterday and my son went in to get a breakfast sandwich. Before he went in I sat there discussing the importance of wearing a mask during this time of the pandemic. To my surprise, I am watching people go inside and come out WITHOUT A MASK. Nevermind the huge sign in front of the store telling customers to wear one. The station was not enforcing this directive. I could not believe that a business would definitely blatantly disregard public safety. This was a huge blow to their company. I can only hope this failure does not speak to the company standard or policy for public and employee safety. Even though people choose to not mask up, it does not mean that we should allow public ignorant zeal to overcome health and safety at any level. Please provide them the assistance they need to comply with safety regulations. Employees and innocent customers are at risk. Unfortunately, they have lost...

I stop at this location almost everyday.....but there’s one particular staff member that’s always unprofessional and gives me a hard time EVERY TIME I come in during her shift. She usually works Tuesday evenings. There can be a line out the door and she will be doing everything (tasking) but helping customers. You can be standing in front of her register and she will not even acknowledge that you are even standing there. She will make you wait until she’s done tasking before she even says anything to you. Other staff members would have to come out or takeover because they know she is being rude. They usually apologize for her unprofessionalism. Then when you say something to her she gets rude and loud and make excuses that she has to do this or that first. She is not a good representation of excellent customer service. I love the staff here but one bad apple can spoil it...
