TNT Water Sports — Local services in Hendersonville

I bought my first boat from them beginning of this year and needless to say I’m very pleased with their service. If they weren’t 3 hrs from me I would definitely be taking my boat to them if I had any issues. The biggest service is they provided a guy to come out for 4 hrs or so and teach you everything about the boat. I took it out prior to that and was quite nervous but after Harvey came out to teach us I felt so much more comfortable and confident about taking it out now. Only problem I had was the previous owner had cut out a compartment in the fiberglass to put a speaker in. I asked about the compartment and was told it was left out and they would order me a new one. Then later I find out that it would never fit again because a larger whole was cut out. It kinda made me sick someone would do that for a dang speaker but overall I still would of bought the boat because it was in excellent condition with low hrs and reasonable priced. I still give them 5 stars. I just wished it was disclosed at the time of us looking at the boat...

Just Purchased a New Crest Pontoon Boat and the service is above and beyond what expected. Tim our salesman was very informative, knowledgeable about the boat. We had to order the boat as they were sold out of what we wanted at the time Mr. Tim kept me informed on my purchase and made sure all the extras I wanted were I place just a really great salesman. Mr. Eric in finance was also amazing I actually got a better interest rate with them than I could get at bank. Mr. Eric also got me a quote for insurance which was $200 less than my insurance company. They take you out on the water and walk you through the entire boat on delivery, Yes they deliver also no charge! We went out on the water made sure everything was in perfect working condition before they headed it over to me. I CAN NOT express just how happy I am with the whole purchase and experience. I would never but a boat from anyone else! Thank You...

I had an amazing experience with TNT Watersports. It was the Friday of Labor Day weekend, my boat was ready for pick up, and my family was excited for one last weekend on the lake. After picking it up, I launched it right away, only to find the boat wouldn’t start. It was 4:50 p.m. on the Friday of a holiday weekend. I figured I might be out of luck and no working boat.

With fingers crossed, I called TNT and spoke with Steve, the Service Manager. He walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone, but when that didn’t work, he personally drove to the boat ramp to help. He was there within 10 minutes and in another 10 minutes, the boat was running perfectly.
