Burger King — Restaurant in Hermantown

I'm done going to this location was in there this afternoon May 18th 2020, asked for E original chicken sandwich with LIGHT mayo, And a small Coke, The guy repeated it back to me as a meal and I said no, just the sandwich & Easy on the mayo, He repeated it back and I said hey did you get that… I want light mayo? I go up to the window, pay and take off a few minutes later it on the road where I needed to stop for a little bit I open up the sandwich and is just smothered with mayo... I asked 3 times for light mayonnaise and then on top of it no flipping napkins, how dam difficult is it to put the napkins in the bag with the food they're supposed to be right there When you're putting the food in the bag. The mayonnaise thing and the no napkins thing has happened so many times at this location I'm just done with it. There was a great gal that worked there and her name I believe was Elizabeth, she was a dam rock star! She made things happen and she was on top of things and a great personality to boot.... The location on central entrance went downhill tremendously when they fired her from there, Obviously she was out performing everybody else and making all the other employees and management look bad so she had to go. The quality of employees at both of these locations is so sub par and the next time any of you go through the drive-through at either one of these locations look at how clean the drive-through window is, the 1 on central entrance Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year or 2 And on a few occasions when I have been inside the The sales Counter has dust on it, Over all the housekeeping is so far below where it should be it's disgusting. I've lived here for 30 years so I'm familiar with the central entrance location and so forth and it has seen much...

This was my first visit to this location. I took my kids to this Burger King to order them kids' meals and ordered some tacos for myself. I paid for the food. Almost immediately after I paid, the guy taking my order informed me that the tacos had been permanently discontinued (despite them still being advertised). He first offered to refund me the difference. Then, he said he didn't know how to give refunds and tried to get me to just "sort it out later." I told him to get his manager. He called his manager on his phone and his manager walked him through the refund process. After refunding me for the full meal, he then tried to get me to pay the price of the other items (which I still had not received).

At that point, I pointed out the long line of people forming behind me and asked him what kind of business he was running and why his manager wasn't even there. He told me "I am the manager and you're trespassing. Get out before I call the cops." Not wanting to cause a further scene, I left at this point. Wound up getting lunch at Subway instead.

I do not believe he was actually the manager (seeing as how he did not have the authority or knowledge to give a simple refund). I do believe he behaved unprofessionally however. The location here would benefit from better training of their employees to build familiarity with their menu, refund process, and overall common sense customer...

This BK is pretty close to my house, so I have regretfully given it a few chances. For breakfast once I ordered a bacon egg & cheese biscuit meal and the biscuit was so hard and dry that it was crispy and crumbled apart. When I’ve ordered cheeseburgers the cheese is always hanging half off the burger and so much ketchup on it that it’s oozing out all over the wrapper, same with mayo in a chicken sandwich. Today’s experience was intolerable, and was my absolute last time going there. I spontaneously stopped and ordered a plain cheeseburger and a water. When we got to the drive through window my boyfriend asked if he could add on a strawberry milkshake. The man said, “I guess, I’ll go make it right now.” All in a super rude aggressive tone. He instantly then slammed the drive through window hard enough that it bounced back open, and walked away. We hadn’t paid, and decided his rediculous overreaction was not worth our time or money, so we drove away. It was great when we pulled onto the highway catching him sticking his head out the window trying to figure out where we went! I don’t understand how miserable and angry of a person you have to be to fly off the handle like that over something so trivial. It was entertaining at least, and we went...
