McDonald's — Restaurant in Hermantown

Haven't been to this McDonald's for a couple months and this morning was a drastic eye open her as to why I stay away from this one.

Ordered an egg mcmuffin and hash Browns with a beverage, picked up my drink at the window and was told to park and wait for my breakfast. 3 other vehicles were already waiting... This is ridiculous I waited 7 to 8 minutes for what I had ordered and this is breakfast I ordered breakfast! I didn't order something that required special attention at thispecial attention at this location you more often than not end up waiting and waiting and it's just ridiculous it's all for the sake of getting people through the window and then leave them Sit... How about actually taking care of customers and making sure they get their food in a timely fashion rather than being put in a holding pattern all the flipping time!.

The last time I was at this location a little over 2 months ago, I was getting again, Egg mcmuffin and hash Brown, I got my food went To the menards parking lot because that's ultimately where I was going, went in to my hash Brown and there's a long reddish hair er wrapped On it... I drove back over to the McDonald's went inside asked for a manager... She apologized and so forth worth, but at this point I had lost my damn appetite and as it turns out from everybody that I could see in there.... It was her hair And I could see the look on her eye she knew it immediately.

Got the impression that I was very unwelcome because I am on my laptop working for a while working sometimes, ya know stupid stuff poor people and kids think sometimes(a bizzare possibilty is that som,e may somehow rationalize this as a slim possibilty that I am homeless or something like that, I absoluteley look no kind of homeless, in fact the opposite, the only reason I suspect is that I know the Duluth/Superior area's lack of affluence/average person's gutter brain mentality). Incident where I was being watched/followed by employee almost called the police. Alternatively some people are nice. Will; update if appropriate. Added 3 more stars to make 4, must have read my review or something much better, to wit: popular tonight and I think local attitudes about........suspected homelessness or other characters are a defense mechanism due to constant riff raff violence downtown that occasionaly creeps up in unexpected areas. These kids are trying Update everybody doun they absolute MOST to be as NNNNNNNNNNNNNASTY as they dare. It seems like every single time I come to this location something ends up going wrong. It first started with not getting the large fries I had paid for and getting a medium instead. I just decided it wasn't worth it to go get it so I wasn't bothered. Then they messed up my fairly small order where my burgers were supposed to be plain, had the label and everything on them, and had all the condiments on them. THEN I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Surely they can't mess this up right? It says grilled in the box and on the slip with no tomato. I got a piece of crispy chicken.... How. In. The. World does that happen? Went back and got it fixed. The final straw was this morning where i waited for 5 minutes in the drive thru after having heard a gentleman being helped and customers inside so I knew they were open. More than likely they heard me as well since my car is a little bit on the noisier side, and there was only myself and the gentleman in front of me in the drive thru.
