What is with restaurants around here refusing to give you utensils? Is it like a cultural thing, do people just eat pasta with their bare hands? Food is Olive Garden level, not terrible but nothing exceptional

Putting a customer’s personal information in your response is absurdly unprofessional. Grow up and work on your business instead of throwing a tantrum. I did request utensils, you can see that on the receipt. And uber did not give me any choice in the amount of the refund, I simply marked that both items were missing the utensils required to eat them, which I gave up on trying to do after a couple soggy bites.
