What is with restaurants around here refusing to give you utensils? Is it like a cultural thing, do people just eat pasta with their bare hands? Food is Olive Garden level, not terrible but nothing exceptional

Putting a customer’s personal information in your response is absurdly unprofessional. Grow up and work on your business instead of throwing a tantrum. I did request utensils, you can see that on the receipt. And uber did not give me any choice in the amount of the refund, I simply marked that both items were missing the utensils required to eat them, which I gave up on trying to do after a couple soggy bites. My boyfriend had the opportunity to taste their food before I could, and I had the chance to finally give their food a try! I went for something traditional I got their spaghetti and meatballs. When I tell you this meal is the best meal I have ever had in my life I mean it! The way the meatballs are perfectly cooked and seasoned, the SAUCE and the noodles ! Out of the world, magnificent. As an Italian from NYC, who has travelled all over, I am thrilled to find these folks bringing their art from NY to our town. Not your basic chain restaurant spaghetti — very fresh & creative. Thrilled they serve Arancini (creamy rice balls, too much labor for me to do at home). Arugula Salad with Parm Flakes, dressed in Lemon & OO was light and refreshing.
