first time ordering from them...had them deliver....order came out to $30.28 plus tip...wont order them again...took forever for them to deliver, and then they didnt give me the chili for my fries and the cheese they give you is a super small plastic cup...she had to go back and get my chili so by the time she dropped off my chili, my fries were cold and i had to reheat them..my son liked his sub..havent ate my food yet, but based on service alone, 2 stars...i dont recommend them...edited: ordered my food an hour and a half ago....the cheese they give you is in a 1oz cup with a lid...just enough for 3 fries....waited another 40 minutes for the girl to show back up with the chili she forgot the first time...you would think they would give you a " im sorry" extra amount but no, the girl hands me 2- 1 oz cups of chili for 2 orders of fries......ABSOLUTELY the worst experience ever....i got the " she's new" excuse.....that right there is no excuse for...

The food is recommended. But all year every time I’ve called in an order for delivery they have been extremely unprofessional on the phone placed me on hold forgot to mute the mic and sat and talked about their makeup. Finally upon picking up the phone again they were less then helpful and there debit card machine was down I offered to pay cash to which she said okay and hung up. Just not very business like in my opinion. On top of that delivery time consistently exceeds the one hour they state and if you call to inquire you get rude aggressive statements about how they said they would get it to you and you need to learn patience. Maybe it’s a better dine in experience but I highly recommend...

I had the pleasure of visiting this charming locally owned sub shop, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and cheerful hellos. The welcoming atmosphere set the stage for a fantastic dining experience. We ordered a large cheesy fry with layered cheese, and it's safe to say it's the best in town. Not only do I love supporting good locally owned businesses, but their commitment to quality is truly commendable. Their customer service is top-notch, and the food is simply wonderful. I highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a warm, friendly environment. It's a testament to what a great local business...
