Big Bite's — Restaurant in Hermiston

It was Easter and I wanted to go to one of my go to places in Hermiston but they were closed. I came across this place on Google, their prices seemed decent, and they were open. Upon entering we were greeted and ordered enchiladas and sopes togo. It took about 10 mins. for our order to be ready, which was great. Let me tell you, I LOVED everything we ordered. I have enjoyed the food they have here, so far I have tried the beef burrito and beef tamale and they were extremely delicious.
