Yesterday around 3:15 PM when me and my mom were getting help by this girl at the window, the other employee with a French braid and glasses didn’t get her name because she wasn’t helping us, but my mom was asking our barista for any recommendations because she really doesn’t never know what to order Which I believe is normal but apparently to the other employee it wasn’t because she kept trying to hold her laugh and she was not helping anybody and there was not anybody else there so we don’t appreciate her laughing at my mom just because she did not know what to order that was very rude of her Especially when she was not even helping us next time if she’s gonna be rude To the customer that she is not helping, maybe she should just mind...

Depends on who is working ! Like today ! They wanted to say we had a bad attitude.. Start it off after we pulled up.The girl was just leaning on the counter not listening. The passenger in the car gave their order. She never once looked at the person. (We gave the second order and she could not get it right to save her life.) The girl even came back to the window to ask again but had the other girl to bring the drink and "No" it was not made correctly after she had done ask how we wanted it made.
