I was recommended to come here. Came to eat with my family and it took 20 minutes just for someone to help us. After eating another 20 minutes just to get the bill.There were employees sitting behind the counter on their phones and all gossiping. They seemed more interested in sitting on their phones than working and helping the customers. My husband had to go up to the counter just to get someone’s attention twice! The food was even frozen in the middle on all the items we ordered....

Ok got to clarify the food was really good. I love Venezuelan food and the flavor was really good. Service was horrible late order were late some people were waiting for items that were already prepared and watch out for the hidden fees! They charge table service fee upfront (this is a tip) and also charge for parties larger than 6 people (never did they mention this up charges). And at the end they put a request for tip in the receipt. Be careful! And also servers...

This is the 3rd time I’ve given this place an “opportunity” to prove me wrong and I’m never going back!! Not only service is terrible right when you get there, they expect you to know what you’re going to order right when you cross the door the person at the cashier can’t even be bother to answer any question you may have… The food was AWFUL you would think at least they would sell you fresh food but right on the first you can tell they’re selling...
