Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Herrin

So the android app has something called the 'tracker' that is supposed to update and tell you when your order is received by your local Dominos, when it is assembled, when it's in the oven, when it's quality checked, and (if carry out), when it's ready. It also gives you an ETA based on existing orders the restaurant has pending. This system has been very accurate in the past. Today, however, after being told my order would be ready in 18 minutes, I arrived at the drive thru to learn it would be an additional 30 minutes. I was further told that the tracker is essentially a Dominos corporate fiction and that the milestones of 'being assembled', 'in the oven', etc. have no basis in reality. Alright, since I have this 30 minute wait, can I get a complimentary delivery rather than have to wait (or leave and come back), as none of this is my fault or error. Stunningly, it was told, "No". This is the same Dominos corporation I used to work for while I was in college that would give you your order for free, merely for the delivery being late. Now they won't even deliver it for free when they make a mistake. Keep in mind, I paid for the food and did not expect a discount. I just asked for delivery to my house vs carryout so there would not be the inconvenience of waiting due to their issue. Not the same customer focused company it used to...

Food quality has increased in recent times... Have had some bad experiences here in the past, mainly an employee canceling out orders (stealing the money i paid to the store and then canceling it out on the computer to make it look like a refund).

Eventually figured it out due to the piece of the pie rewards program, as the rewards points don't go through if it's refunded obviously.. Tried ordering online and showed error and said to call the herrin store. Talked to manager and explained that we are trying to order online so we can use a $3.00 coupon and it would not work and shows error and to call your store. He refused to honor the coupon. We spend alot of money when we order pizzas from this store in the past due to having a big family but will not order from them again. They just lost alot more than $3.00! Very poor management decision. They need to work on customer service for sure....
