It's one of those days where you just need an easy grab it and go dinner so I just went in Too little Caesars because I remember the excellent customer service I had on my last visit. To my pleasant surprise, Danielle was there to greet me with a smile again. She is so friendly, she was patient while exciting l explaining the new name for the extra most bestest . Going into the store has been a positive experience both times so I don't believe that they have a fair rating. I know people can get a little cranky when they're hungry or maybe there "hot and ready" wasn't ready. I funny believe for one moment it's based on the customer service or the food that I've gotten here because both are top notch. Thank you Danielle again for a very positive experience. Every guest that I saw you interact with seemed to very much enjoy themselves asking questions and trying l testing your knowledge of the menu. It was impressive to say the least and you can tell you keep up on what's new.. thanks second time!! My first time I did a review pre food, this time is post, very delicious l!
I am literally using talk to text as I drive away from this Little Caesars. My service was so exceptional that I didn't even want to wait until I returned home to write this review. I was helped by a woman named Danielle, she not only helped me in the store she actually answered a phone call prior to my arriving. She was so friendly on the phone, I knew I would have a a good experience I even walked into the location. And when I got to the store her customer service skills were out of this world. The guests before me was not super friendly but Danielle handled it like a champ. I definitely will be returning to this particular store. I am new to the area, I always try to support places that know how to hire people with good personalities. Thanks again Danielle you are a single-handedly the reason I will be coming back to this store.. Yes,I have not eaten yet, yes I am aware that I maybe should have waited. Read moreNew revised review,9/9/2022 absolutely terrible pizza. Worst pizza in 66 years, my lifetime. Waited ended up with a cold pizza, thought it was odd that the box wasn’t somewhat hot, but since it’s cloudy outside & some wind thought it was because of that. Got home my kids haven’t eaten all day they dove into it, I noticed how dry it tasted I said seems like no tomato sauce on it, my son tares off his toppings sure enough just a tiny dab of sauce on it, for the most part there wasn’t any sauce. Called & complained the on duty manager said I had to have 50% of pizza in order to get a new one made! We had 2 1/2 slices left the kids was so hungry. I told her that there’s only 2 1/2 slices, she said was very adamant & said there’s nothing she can do about it!
I’ve eaten here ever since they opened the place up many years ago! I’ve lived off Bear Valley & 3rd ever since 1991. We alway go to this place to get pizza. I feel she thinks we eat one & want another one! No way! I said I had no idea you have to have 50% to give back! She said well there’s nothing I can do! I’ve boughten hundreds of pizza’s from this place & when the rubber hit the road they could not give a damn of my being a good customer all these years! They have lost my business test of my lifetime! Plus I’ll never say anything good of little Cesar pizza ever never, every opportunity I’ll speak badly of them!

Read moreI would give 0 stars if I could! Worst experience at A Little Caesars Pizza. We ordered a "timed order" pizza to be ready at 7pm. Received a notification at 6:44pm that our pizza was already done and was sitting in their Pizza Portal. We did not arrive until 7:01pm, as we had requested, and picked up or pizza. We were surprised again to see that our thin crust pizza was not the typical "thin crust" and was just regular pizza dough squashed in to a flatter size. We emailed Little Caesars that night and even uploaded pictures of our lousy pizza. Our original reply was:

Two weeks later, still not further reply or remedy to our situation. After reply again, we were told that since nothing was done within 24 hours, "There is, as you can imagine, no recourse for product complaints after-the-fact without some returned product." Pat Orr
