So, I wanted to have these baby blankets I got for my new niece and nephew embroidered. Googled some places and found this place. I don't know the guys name, but we came in on Monday, May 20th to see if they could be done by Friday, May 27th. I had no expectations as it was kinda last minute and I could see they had quite a few orders already going. The gentleman made no promises, but that he would try and let us know by that Friday. He drew up the design idea and we left the blankets in their hands. Friday we got the text saying they were done with proof pics of the finished work. They were PERFECT!! He did them exactly how I pictured AND made sure we had them for when my sister came down for the weekend. My sister LOVED them and I couldn't be happier! I was making a quilt for a very special friend and wanted to have her name embroidered on it. Domestic machines couldn’t make the letters large enough to look right so I looked up embroidery businesses and was lucky enough to find James and Desert Embroidery. I explained to James what I needed and he gave me a cost and time estimate. Since I was going to be out of town when my quilt was to be done, I asked James to overnight it. When it was done, James emailed me a photo and overnighted it to me. When it arrived, boxed and nicely packaged in a protective plastic bag, it was even more beautiful than it had looked in the photo. I was so happy. 1 November 2020: I have been getting embroidery done on caps, gym bags since James Hong and his brother, David Hong were located on 7th Street in Victorville several years ago. I liked their skills and price so much that instead of driving else where, I followed James and brother, David to their current location.

I recommended the military soldiers hire James to do soldiers caps at Fort Irwin Army base five years ago. Soldiers are always satisfied. Every job James or David have done have been great. I just had a new winter weather jacket done with a special design. It turned out great. James was even able to add my name in Hebrew on all of my caps and bags or jackets. He may get back up on orders sometimes, but his excellent works stands out and speaks for itself, so it is worth the wait. Two thumbs up,...
