I appreciate the service and honesty at this company Z AUTO SOUND. I noticed since I moved up here to Victorville there are more then a few places that try to take advantage and over charge or straight out rip you off. In the month of Feb I came across 3 of those places that tried to rip me off, good thing I pay close attention. But I came to Z autosound and spoke to Salvador, he was very polite mannerable and knowledgeable of his profession. He was honest with me and I really appreciate that. He did a amazing job on installing my alarm and went out of his way to fix my hood that was not closing properly. He explained everything to me to make sure I understood how everything work. I'm changing my review back to 3 stars. We went and got our van tinted, 2 windows started peeling within a week, and they fixed them. The 2 back windows have alot of excess just hanging off, bubbles throughout and a rip that's fairly visible. Not happy with tint job and will have to pay to have it redone.

I never got the owners name but he was really nice, and helpful. I know I could have saved a couple hundred to install a new stereo myself, but am happy to pay what we payed. I took one star off because for whatever reason I was charged $10 more than we agreed on but I didnt notice until a couple hours later.

UPDATE 8-25-2025: After three years, the passenger side door lock actuator began making a very loud buzzing noise while locking the door each time the car started. Prior the failure, the same lock was periodically not responding at all to the transmitter on my key ring, where I had to use the key. The problem appeared to correct itself after awhile, so I did not mention it to the tech. When I took it in for the actuator problem, the tech replaced it, but he ran into the same problem that I was previously experiencing. He referred it to another tech who replaced the "arm" that pulls the lock open and shut as well as a brace to the framework to ensure consistency. They fixed both problems in one shot.
