JL Appliances 4 Less — Local services in Hesperia

Bought a LG washer and dryer from this place on Saturday July 26, 2025, for around 1200 dollars. The set seemed in decent conditions, other than a scratch and or dent here and there. The dryer was used, the washer seemed clean once we loaded on the truck water came out from the washer. The Chinese lady stated that they had to test these machines before they were sold, but I guess this one was not check properly or this was a used set, not just a scratch and dent place for some reason. She gave us a 7 day warranty in store saying anything that happens in the first 7 days we needed to call her asap and they would replace or repair the unit in house, but if it was after 7 days we needed to call a warranty number she provided and the warranty would last for another year. We called her the first day with issues. We got home installed it and the washer started making a really loud noise, started banging and shaking, water started dripping from the door as it was trying to wash. Called JL appliances talked to Mr. Cruz he assured me that on Monday someone would call me in order for someone to come to the house to repair or replace the washer. As on now It is 12:30 on Monday July 28, 2025, no one has called me back. We just called and talk to the Chinese lady that made the sale, she stated she has a customer and that she would call me back at 2 p.m. she seem to not know we had this issue. So we are standing by for a solution, hopefully there is no issues and the problem will get resolved. Bought this for my son that is a Marine soldier and i am a Combat Veteran. I will see what they decide to do, and I will adjust our reviews based on that, but as of now people be cautious ⚠️ with what you buy from this place.

Update 1: I just talked to the Chinese lady at this location she called back 7/28/25 at 1 p.m. with her technician. The technician mr. Jo- Jo i beleive he said his name was, stated that the washer seem to have the shocks broken after watching the video we sent to them and that they would repair it in place. The Chinese lady said that they were unable to come to the house today, but they could come tomorrow Tuesday 7/29/25. We cant afford to take another day off, so we have an appointment set for Saturday August 2, 2025, time to be determined. I will keep you guys posted on the outcome. Update 2: Chinese lady called me back 1:50 p.m 7/28/2025, she was not to happy with a one star review, that I needed to take this review down because they were not a used apliance store and that she would be fired. I told her I would give them a fair review once this issue was resolved and that the washer and dryer were used. Standby for updates and again ty for reading and liking my review, just trying to be honest here and make others aware.

Final update: The dryer ended up being messed up as well, went back and fourth with the lady that did the sell. They agreed to take unit back and refund all the money, lady seemed to be more customer friendly now, after she stated they would not take the washer and dryer back they did. We went in on Sunday to buy a fridge, we bought one from a salesperson named Cruz who had been working there about 2 years. It was set to be delivered on Monday. They come and deliver it but end up ripping a hole in the waterline that goes to the fridge and the guy says he will come back tomorrow to fix it. Tuesday comes around and he spends an hour trying to fix it but tells me I need to call someone because he cannot fix it. They refund me the delivery fee. I call someone to come and fix it same day because my upstairs water has to be off until it's fixed. Once it's fixed I called to let them know it was a lot more then the delivery fee and I would like them to cover the full cost. The owner of the business Coco said no they can't afford it. We argue and she says she will call me back after she talks to someone. Today she gives me a new number that is the "Boss" and tells me to talk to them. Love this store!!! Don’t waste your time shopping anywhere else. These are new product appliances. I’m leaving my review as a return customer. These appliances come with at least 1 year warranty. The prices are so amazing! You will waste money buying a used appliance with a little more money you can be the first owner to an appliance you can keep for years! I purchased a stainless steel French door fridge for under $1k. It’s been over a year and it runs fewer and has added to my decorative aesthetic, Not only are the prices unbeatable the customer service is top notch! All the staff are friendly, helpful, courteous and patient. The delivery and installation is also wonderful. The delivery staff are COVID conscience, clean, tidy, fast and efficient.
