Checkers — Restaurant in Hialeah Gardens

Wow, the reviews here are honestly so rude and terribly bizarre. Really comes to show how terrible some of the people in this society are. People don’t understand that fast food workers tend to make mistakes and that’s completely normal. I come here once in a while, and I honestly can’t complain. The employees are very humorous, yes, they do tend to mess up sometimes here and there when they’re busy. But that’s fine. We’re all human, and half of these reviews are treating these employees like they’re not part of society. I really like this place and the food is fantastic. I just think that the people around Hialeah Gardens need to start learning how to respect others INCLUDING fast food workers. Seriously, they treat them like some low class civilians. Any who, I wish this place the best of luck and hope that everything goes well, and hopefully one day these negative people will be in your shoes...

Im soooooo sad, and I'll tell you why:

Im gonna start saying that i have practically next to my house a Mcdonald a foodrocker and a Wendy's, but i always came all the way to here because you guys have the best strawberry sundaes ever, like nobody else, and that makes the diference. All others have a sundaes ice cream with nothing special, but you guys went a level up and added a crunchy cookie and delicious cheese on top. My family, friends i know and I love this ice cream so much and we just got told that you are not going to sell it anymore. That was something special that you guys had. Because a lot of businesses sell burgers, but I dont know one business that has an ice cream sundaes like yours!! And that makes a diference between going to a place nearby or to your business. Im so sad and my family too

Just got a call from door dash telling me that the store was out of fries. That if they can replace with a Coke.... how does that compare? I said no to replace with a food item like chicken and they said no it was more than the cost of the fries. I told door dash that the store ran out of fries how is that my fault as they have it on the menu as selectable. He said the restaurant told him that in that case tell me to cancel the order. Unbelievable. I felt bad for the driver who already drove there so I took the order as is without the fries. I will not be ordering from Checkers in Hialeah Gardens anymore. Bad...
