Latin House America — Restaurant in Hialeah Gardens

I really really do not like writing negative reviews but here we go. I arrived here after 9pm to eat dinner with a friend. No one spoke any English here but my friend happily was able to order for me in Spanish. I ordered the Tuna salad. We even pointed to it on the menu to the waitress. It was $9.99. The order came out. It was a raw tuna salad which I didn't think anything of. I thought it was part of the menu. When we got the bill, the salad was $16.95. Apparently there's another tuna salad,sashimi. My friend translated and asked them to remove the item for what I had ordered but they said it was too late. It was a switch and bait situation and I couldn't defend myself to remove the charge.Basically, they gave me the wrong item and I had to pay for it. On top of that, I woke up and had stomach cramps the next day and felt sick to my stomach.I don't think the tuna was very fresh. I won't be coming back here again. Not only was the food not up to standards but the service was not honest...

I give 1 star and that’s too much. The staff is so rude. The lady who was rude to me was thin, older, and had short blond hair picked up in a low pony tail and she was at the window. I ordered for pick up through Uber eats and when the order said ready still took 15 min more to get there and it was not ready. All I ordered was two chicken breasts, and when I asked the lady nicely how long it would be she told me in a nasty attitude “if you don’t want to wait you can cancel.” When my husband came out of the car after we waited another 15 min she was also very rude to him. I never got my food I made a complaint with Uber. Save yourself the hassle and go to a better Latin restaurant, they hate their jobs and you might come out of there food less like me. NOT COMING BACK HERE last time we came the picadillo was salty and greasy. Today Sept 29 we came here for breakfast I kept telling my husband to let's go to Pio pio but his mother insisted on coming here. My hubby's eggs had the shell on his medium cooked eggs, they never brought our toast until we had to ask for the toast, he had asked for 3 eggs and they gave him only 2, his pancakes 1 was the size a small bun and the second my hand.
