Primor Bakery Inc — Restaurant in Hialeah Gardens

Words can’t explain how impressed I am by this bakery. I was is in need of a last minute cake the day after Christmas and our usual bakery was super full with a line outside the store so we decided to find another local bakery near us and we came across Primor Bakery which is actually right next to where we live. They answered their phone super quick and with great customer service. When we arrived they freshly fried our croquetas and had everything ready to go. Super friendly and customer oriented bakery. I was already very impressed by them. Then, when we tasted the cake later in the day we were astonished at the quality of the cake and the icing. I have been a customer for years. They had the best capuchino cake in town. I used to go from Palmetto Bay all the way to Hialeah for freshness of the cake and pastelitos. I placed an order yesterday to be pick up today Easter Sunday. Best cuban bakery ever. I've only ever ordered a croqueta preparada, not only is it DELICIOUS, the portions are huge for such a good price. It can honestly feed 2 people with one.
