This Taco Bell deserves 0 stars!!! I placed an order today through Uber. It is now 1:45am on 04/24/2022 of when this incident happened . I have waited over an hour for my order to arrive. When the driver arrives to pick up the order, the worker told him that we had canceled the order. When he gives us a call, we told him it was impossible as we were waiting for it and he had our information. After he had us on speaker the worker she changed her whole story said that it had disappeared from her system when she was going to make it. It had been over 45 minutes and that her system deleted it. We told her that we had the order and we could tell her what we wanted but she refused. When we asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. She refused to make our order, and she also refused to tell us her name. If she was "the manager" we are entitled to know who we are speaking to as customer, Uber driver also said she hid her name tag as soon as I asked...

I went back to the place and request my order to be completed. A nice lady took care of my complaint. When I saw the employee that took care of me through the window I told him to please next time to check before delivering the order . His answer was to just come back if something was missing. Read moreWaited 20 minutes in drive thru. Arrived at order screen and was told they only accept cash. There is a review 2 days prior to mine with the same complaint. That means for 2 straight days they've been inconveniencing and wasting the time of their patrons with no concern. How hard is it to put a sign at the beginning of the drive thru informing potential patrons that it's cash only? When I asked for a manager and explained that I work nearby and come every week, and that it's rude to waste someone's time like this when they could just have a sign up she was nonresponsive - I don't think she understood anything that I said. Voting with my $$, never coming here again. Over the past 2 years I've eaten here ~ 40 times (don't judge me :-/). I hope others like me vote with their $$ too - punish rudeness and terrible...
