Briana one of the managers at this location needs to learn how to be polite. She hung up on me multiple times and I even called from a different phone. I was asking for a manager, the first time she said no manager here, hung up, the second time, I called maybe 20 min later, and she said that she is the manager so I started asking questions with her, she said she didnt understand and hung up again. third time, I called her, BY HER NAME, and she instantly hung up. Fouth call, I had my boss call to ask the question, and she even hung up on my boss. Briana needs to go. ASAP 100%
