This place has great food and it is reasonably priced. The portions are enormous and enough to share. I have dined in and sat outside at the bar. The service was rather quick as we did go during lunch hour and waiting probably about 8 minutes for our food. When you do takeout you'll need to go inside and they do charge a fee for doing carry out. They verify your order prior to closing it and putting it in the bag and then you pay for it at the following register after it is completed and you've checked it. The staff is very sweet.

Fir parking there are spots in the front but there is also parking in the back of the building and don't worry about having to walk around, you can still access the building from the back. I've never had an issue parking there but when I went there for the first time I accidentally missed my turn and when I went down at the light to turn back and do a U that's when I saw the back of...

There were a lot of flies outside but the food was alright. What made me give a low rating was when I looked at the "fresh" fish for sale. The fish almost all looked very old. The eyes were sunken on almost every fish I saw and the guy at the counter didn't say hello he just looked at me and when I said I was just looking around he didn't tell me to let him know if I needed any help, he just turned around. It was a short guy. The waitress was mediocre, she had a tattoo on the back of her neck...

Went back again lunch time and the wait time was very long but the food was okay.. just gotta be careful with the bones if you're eating kingfish.. also to note I was not greeted by anybody.. i had to go and ask for help on how to order at the desk.. another thing is that the fish here does not seem to be very fresh...
