The store and items for sale are beautiful… but the manager on duty today (Blonde/Brown haired Venezuelan lady with glasses, I don’t know if her name is Karina P, since that was the name behind her cashier station) was just aggressive, bad behaved, and rude. Not even a “hello” and she was already aggressive with all my items, aggressively throwing the coffee mug I was buying against the table, aggressively holding the bag I wanted to purchase and speaking to me in a loud, aggressive and insulting voice, asking me 4 times (which she asked repeatedly without letting me answer) where I got the water bottle from because It didn’t have a code to scan. Also the way she treated the employees is just unacceptable and inappropriate for the Marshalls team. I’ve been on the customer service industry a long time and having this type of person as a manager and mistreating the employees and customers, it’s such a shame for the store.
Update: I just came to the store, again, and the girl that was my cashier (dolkelis) was actively aggressive with all my items and bad treatment towards me as well. I told her if she could delete 1 item of my bag to which she aggressively took out of the bag all my items and then said verbally aggressively: “JUST SO YOU KNOW, NOW I HAVE TO SCAN EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN” What’s happening with the customer service in this store? Why do they hire indecent people with no values to correctly complete simple cashier transactions...

I’ve had better luck shopping at any other store, which is a shame because Marshalls used to be one of my favorite stores for finding bargains.
