Charged me to use my debit card for a meal that was totaled at $38.20. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Ordered a #20 comes with 2-liter. Driver brings 2 - 12 oz cans. I advised him that it wasn't equivalent and I was not willing to accept. He said there was nothing that he could do, all he could advise was "not to tip because he thought I said 2 little cokes on the phone." Mind you, their menu clearly says the #20 is inclusive of a LARGE PEPPERONI GARLIC KNOTS AND (1) 2 LITER COKE. I called the store back and the guy kept calling me "mommy" and says something along the lines of we never ordered. So after I advised him that I did order and paid and it was already delivered he was rude and said, "Hey I'm just asking you a question." But I was trying to explain so that he was able to understand because there was obviously a language barrier between him and I. After the fact, he says that the driver will get the 2 liter out to us right away but then begins speaking in Spanish saying that it doesn't make a difference and so on. The pizza was cold, garlic knots were cold and did not come with marinara sauce. and of course, the 2 liter was missing and it has been 20 minutes since the order was initially delivered. *also take into consideration the comment from the owner that was left prior to mine which addresses none of her concerns and leaves "laughing" emojis... Read moreI ordered one pizza from them and paid by credit card over the phone. They told me 30-45 mins time. After an hour, I called them. They said the driver just left, it will be there in 15-20 mins. I called them almost 30 mins later to ask what is happening. The man, who o believe is ether the manager or owner, started to get upset with me. Well, 10 mins later pizza arrives. The pizza looked well made when we open the box. However, pizza was cold and tasted like it wasn’t warm for an hour. I called pops pizza back, the same guy answered the phone. Well, he chewed me out and yelled at me then blamed me for the pizza being cold. He told me I am should have tested the temperature before I signed receipt. I told him that he knew he made my pizza over an hour ago and it had be sitting around. He yelled, you kept calling asking where your pizza is so it’s your fault. He acts all tough over the phone but refuses to make things right. He should refund me in full then call me and apologize to me for his behavior. Not once did I raise my voice. Funny thing is there were a 5 min car ride away.

The spagetti was horable watery the cheese on top was not melted the garlic rolls were horable the price was Expensive to pay just to recieve horable watery spagetti and dinner rolls. The spagetti and rolls was so nasty I was afraid to eat the salad. My experience as a first time costumer was Horable and the WORSE Pasta, Pizza, and Sub Resterant I have ever been too.
