Vicky Bakery Southeast Hialeah — Restaurant in Hialeah

Well my experience at this vicky's wasn't good at all ..stopped on my way home from work to by some Cuban bread. I saw a couple of pastries that looked a bit appealing I bought a slice of chocolate cake which ended up tasting like it was there for a month I also bought some chicken salad that I threw away when I got home and opened because it smelled bad and I didn't want to get sick. I also bought 1 beef empanadas and three croquettes which I started to eat on my way home and didn't finish because they were cold and really not good at all . The only thing that I found good from this place was the person that attended me she was really nice.. in my opinion I think they need to pick up their game in reference to the food since they've been there so many years I wonder how long it's been since they've had an inspection of this place. Hope you have time to waist while picking up your prepaid order. There making me wait on the regular line, when my order is ready and paid. This is inconsiderate and poor customer service.

I will definitely not return to this place, I just waisted a year in dog life picking up a regular pastelito/cake order.

The crazy part is that peoples bill ahead of me are less than $5. My bill is $100 and this business just lost me as a customer. It makes no business sense.

They need to make a separate line for people that are picking up prepaid orders.

I also had to wait additional time while picking up my order as it was not ready. My order was to pick up at 12 & at 12:45 it was not ready.

Unfortunately there are also other people that are picking up orders and have no idea what...

I love Vicky Bakery! Everytime I'm in Miami, I come to my favorite bakery. I usually get same items. Guava pastry and ham croquettes to go. I got a chocolate layer cake which I ate in my car too but didn't take a photo. It was out of this world;great. I spilt my coffee on the way out because lid was not on properly closed. An employee possibly owner or manager was cleaning windows asked me to come back in an she had server to replace my cup with a new one. The only thing that I didn't find here was seating. A coffee place should have seating. This is the first Vicky Bakery that I came too that didn't have seating. I may have purchased more items if I was able to enjoy my Cafe Con Leches at bakery. Everything was fresh too. I will still come back here to this store. Everyone was nice and friendly too. Store was very clean...
