As pleased as I was with Gary and his business ethics 3 years ago, it seems that a lot has changed with them. Due to a loved one passing I was reaching out to them to see if I could receive the same exceptional customer service, but was told that they no longer offer headstone placement unless it was purchased through them, which is very disappointing. With the economy being in shambles I would have thought he would continue to provide these services to families during their time of grief. I chose to keep my original review up, because I am still very happy with the first service I received.💔💔💔

Their customer service is exceptional. Even with covid19 going on which caused them to be super busy, their timing was impeccable. The owner told me it would be 3 weeks to a month before he could have it done due to this virus. Do not come here granite is of very poor quality! It soaks up water very easily and gets damaged and stained because of it. I spent a lot of money on this large granite piece and my mothers bronze plate. I called them immediately after it was installed because it looked very soaked and they reassured me that they were going to resolve the issue. Fast forward now the granite has a large brown water stain because they never resolved the issue. Spoke with Gary the owner recently and he promised to resolve the issue, now he doesn't pick up or return my calls. I am highly disappointed with this company for their failure to resolve this issue. Typically getting anything for your departed relative is difficult. A Monument and Casket took away all the nonsense and provided a beautiful representation of my Mother-in-law grave site plaque. They take care of everything including installation. We saved about $1000 from what the cemetary was asking. Plus who wants to go back there. Everything was a la carte with the cemetary , each line, each letter, each embellishment extra. Not at A MONUMENT AND CASKET. As many words as you want, the entrie dates (not just year).
