I honestly don’t recommend this place at all. My husband went last night to pick up two personal Cuban pizzas, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. First, the service was awful. He waited over 30 minutes for two of the smallest pizzas, while the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually working. There were people eating inside the restaurant, so it wasn’t like we were the only customers at that time. For two personal pizzas, the total came out to $33 — which is a complete scam. When he finally brought the food home, things only got worse. The pizzas were undercooked, bland, and had nothing close to the flavor or quality of a true Cuban pizza. Honestly, school cafeteria pizza would taste better. To top it off, both of us ended up feeling sick after eating it. I am Cuban, and I know what authentic Cuban pizza should be — this was not it. I absolutely love Rey Pizza but the workers are extremely rude, disrespectful and entitled. They are getting paid to do a job and treat you like trash just because they have a job to do because of you. We placed an order through the phone and we greeted and the lady proceeded to say “dígame que quiere” we ask for the price of an item and she was petty saying “don’t you have a many in front of you”. We couldn’t believe what we heard. Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was not only unhelpful but downright rude.
