Soriano Brothers Cuban Cuisine — Restaurant in Hialeah

My first visit to Soriano Brothers was a huge success! I came during lunch and it was super busy as you would expect, but the people working behind the line work so fast and with you one at a time that I almost felt like I was the only customer there. In and out in maybe 5 minutes and the woman that helped me was super helpful and very friendly even though she was busy. The prices here are soooo reasonable especially considering the quantity of food that they put in each plate. These to go containers were definitely pushed to their limits in terms of how heavy and packed full they were. So you definitely get your money's worth. The icing on the cake is that the food is amazing. The arroz amarillo is my favorite I have had and the lechon asado was so flavorful, tender, and succulent. We also had a plate with ropa vieja and moros and these were fantastic as well. Hot and flavorful. I can't wait to go back and get more food and I would recommend Soriano Brothers to anyone who is looking for quick, homestyle delicious food. You won't be disappointed!

Next trip I will get pictures of the food, but we couldn't wait to dig in and weren't thinking about pics...

I stopped by this place to pick up some dinner....im so disappointed.I ordered 2 orders of ox tail,white rice and tostones.It was $25 each..I thought it was expensive but whatever..I was hungry and like to eat well so i treated myself.to make a long story short...oxtail flavor wasnt there..they forgot to give us our tostones...and I found a long black hair wrapped around my piece of oxtail which completely ruined my dinner🤢🤢 im disgusted..I feel like I deserve my money back.also the lady serving me had a dog face as if she didnt want to be there...I dont blame her..it was hot in there..this place is a food by the pound!! Its supposed to be affordable.save yourselves the disappointment and stay away..go sit down at...

We get lunch here maybe 2 times a week. Always orde a regular lunch plate, but today I saw they had bowls I tried it it I was very disappointed the tostone was cold and greasy, and it was a little piece of pork steak with dry rice. I'm not sure if maybe I came at the wrong time and that's why the food wasn't fresh to my opnion and liking. I know we might have days you might get a hiccup with the food but we need to be more aware of the hot and freshness would I go back yes they do have good food I guess today I had bad luck on...
