Weâve been loyal customers of Temaki and have always appreciated their food and service. However, today was the first time we walked away disappointed. We came in for the Super Promo de Bandejas expecting, as in previous visits, to be able to select the type of sushi included in the tray. Nowhere in the promotion does it state that the sushi would be pre-selected by the restaurant or that customizing would result in full-price charges. What made this situation more frustrating is that, unlike our previous All-You-Can-Eat visits where the rules were clearly explained and enforced by staff, this time, there was no explanation about the promoâs conditions. No one informed us that choosing our sushi would void the promo price, and that lack of transparency left us feeling blindsided. We still value the business and love the food, but clear communication is key , especially when offering promos. A little clarity would go a long way in preventing future misunderstandings with...
Read moreI am usually pretty nice about reviews but honestly I did not have a good experience at this restaurant. The 1st two dishes we asked for, they didnât have and had to change our order twice. Also, when they brought out the salmon tartare they said it was missing some stuff but itâs fine they owe us next time. Next the sushi we ordered was the only one on the menu without cream cheese as my friend is allergic and we noticed half way while eating it they included cream cheese. We were the only ones in the restaurant and had to ask twice for water and besides that the server was not there. At the end the bill had included an 18% service charge and I did not want to give 18% tip for such an unpleasant time, but there was no way to remove that. I would want to say the food was good the ceviche was very good but besides that I didnât enjoy...
Read moreI recently dined at Temaki Miami, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered two sushi rolls, but both had an overpowering oil flavor that made them quite unpleasant. To make matters worse, the bill was nearly $80, which felt exorbitant for the quality of food I received.
What disappointed me even more was the lack of willingness to accommodate a simple request to remove one of the sushi rolls from the bill. Itâs evident that the primary focus here is on profit rather than customer satisfaction.
In comparison, Iâve had better sushi from places like Publix. I hope my feedback serves as a constructive critique for the management, as thereâs room for significant improvement in terms of food quality and customer service. As it stands, I cannot recommend...
