Wendy's — Restaurant in Hialeah

Absolutely one of the worst group of employees. They put on a smile but do nothing to actually help customers. I come here every week for lunch and without fail my order is wrong every week. I've had meals made incorrectly, to entire meals missing from the order. I end up making 2 trips and eating soggy food because they can't manage to read off a list on their screens. I've brought it up to their manager and she puts on a fake smile, one time even asking me to verify my meal before leaving. I'm sorry but that is YOUR job not mine. It's not like fast food is cheap anymore and with the prices I'm paying for a sloppily made burger the only benefit is that I can quickly pick it up and get back to work. It defeats the point if I'm taking twice as long just to get my food in the first place or not even getting what I ordered.

This place is joke, bunch of young kids that don't have any manners, no one serving the drive thru take they're job serious, i was at the pick up window for nearly 5 mins while they had asked the other 2 cars in front of me to move up. After waiting nearly 5mins at the pick up window i was also asked to move up by the exit of the restaurant and had to wait another 8-10 mins before my food was brought out. Total disrespect. I understand if the stire is busy then is ok, but all this long wait time is only because the employees are too busy playing around in the store other than doing they're job. When i finally got my food it didn't fail. Fries were cold and the sandwich looked like it was stuffed. The food was thrown in my trash can the minute i got home. Absolutely incompetent employees. Do not understand when you speak to them in English and my first language is Spanish and you’re still clueless of taking a simple order not only one employee but the two staff members prepping. My food manager is oblivious to her duties. Very disappointing in this whole entire establishment.
