Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Hibbing

While the food was okay, I was very disappointed in the customer service. We had a large delivery order for my family. We were missing one item, cheesy ranch sticks, so I called the restaurant. I gave the woman who answered my order number from the receipt and told her what we were missing. She stated she would have the delivery driver drop off the missing item. The delivery driver never came back; therefore, I called the restaurant the next day. The man who answered the phone stated he had talked to me when I called the night before, to which I informed him I had talked to a woman. I gave him my order number along with my phone number. He insisted we did not have ranch sticks on our reciept, but I had it on both my paper and electronic receipt and informed him I definitely paid 7.99 for them. He then insisted that they definitely sent out everything in our order and he didn't know how we didnt get it - this after insisting he didn't see the ranch sticks on our receipt. He reluctantly agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the ranch sticks, but as of a week later I have not been reimbursed for the item we didnt receive. Because their food is mediocre compared to their competitors and the arguing with me regarding whether I ordered an item clearly visible on my receipts and refusing to refund money for something I didnt receive, I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and will NEVER order anything from this...

When I heard we are going to the Pizza Ranch, I really couldn’t help myself but dress up for the occasion! I got on my plaid button down shirt, black vest, black cowboy hat, my big ol cowboy belt buckle with a stallion on the buckle, and snazzy bolo tie. What do you mean it’s not that kind of ranch? 😂 The best part of this was my in-laws were joining us for lunch. When you walk in you’re immediately greeted by western decor and the smell of fresh baked pizza pie. The lighting gives off a warm casual touch. You could say I was the only one to remember to dress for this outfit. I didn’t mind though, with the country music playing up ahead I was happy as could be. There wasn’t a long line to get inside and the pizza looked very fresh. Our kids loved the variety of pizza along with the all you can eat salad bar, and desserts. I have to say the blueberry dessert pie with the brown sugar crumble on top is absolutely delicious, but don’t take my word for it, come on down and try it for yourself. Not only does this place have an all you can eat pizza buffet with a great country ambience, they have an arcade!! Yeehaw!!! We have a blast, we got tickets and prizes. I called at 330pm..ordered..was told dilvery doesn't start till 445pm...I said that's fine...she said 5pm the lasted it would arrive. I called alittle bit after 5pm...asking status...a man said after he talked to someone that it should arrive shortly...I said great. 530pm rolls around...I call again...I was then told that the order was cancelled cause I didn't give all information...that's a crock...I gave this MANAGER all needed info...i became more then bothered and said so. I took my irritation I had out on him and he had no part in it. I apologized to this man..and said so. I am VARY displeased on how this woman blantely lied. Yes. I said it.. LIED to her co worker..smh...my gut tells me it was done on purpose and my gut is RARELY wrong. One more thing...after the second call...why wasn't I told it was cancelled then . I even repeated the order before he said it will arrive shortly... Things that make...
