Sammy's Pizza & Restaurant - Hibbing — Restaurant in Hibbing

As an out of town person trying this for the first time, I was excited but this was the WORST takeout experience I have had during my time on the iron range, I was told 45 minutes and my order would be ready, (assuming hot if not warm) only for the items to be cold when I received them less than 40 min later. I spent $60+ for the following items.(and still tipped)

-1 lb of Signature ‘famous’ wings garlic Parmesan, the sauce/flavor I ordered was NO WHERE on the wings, the wings were crispy..? And there was more sauce in my ranch lid than on the wings.. they were also cold I had to warm them up.. wtf -Gnocchi with a Salad- they forgot the sauce for the salad, breadstick and the noodles were cold to the touch. -Onion Rings (arguably the only item that was at least warm, and tasted good) because there was an abundance. -Lava Fudge Cake (I followed said instructions, and even before decided to cut it, there was no fudge in the middle) extremely disappointing -Turtle Cheesecake (the only item that was satisfactory, likely because it was pre-packaged.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed, staff was unfriendly, and seemed annoyed when I walked in. There were characters in the back lot pacing between the back entrance and the delivery vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for the sole purpose of getting quality food, good service. Maybe get a pizza from them? Otherwise don’t order any of...

I'm a great customer of Sammy's pizza. I ordered spaghetti for lunch yesterday and asked for extra sauce with my meal. Which normally is not a problem. I was finished with work, so I ended up taking my meal home with me, which is 30 miles away from Sammy's. When I opened the spaghetti at home, there was less than a quarter cup of sauce. It was like eating a box of noodles without butter or salt. Horrible! So I decided to box up my meal and take it back the next day. When I went into the restaurant. I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager sent a waitress to help me. I explained the situation and she told me there was nothing they could do because I didn't call them. Even though I brought the meal back. I feel this is horrible customer service. As I only work, 2 blocks from Sammy's pizza. I am a hairstyle who talks to many clients daily, I will definitely be telling everybody in this community about my terrible experience. Shame on Sammy's pizza. The staff is very friendly and polite happy with getting my wife and I seated in a minute and we had our drinks at our table in a couple minutes and our order was taken when the server brought us the drinks and we had appetizers of family order of the famous garlic cheesy bread and the giant pretzel first the server was very nice and told us that the pretzel was going to be a little bit longer and we were happy with that and we were very pleased with our server for telling us that the pizza was there just as we were finishing up the appetizers and we were pleased with the quality of the pizza and service of the server and she was very nice and very helpful and she returned to see about refills on our sodas and got to go boxes and the bill all this with a very nice and friendly atmosphere and the feeling that they want to have a great experience and want you to be a return guest in the future and I will always recommend Sammy's pizza to anyone who asks me for a very enjoyable and delicious meal with a friendly and...
