Hardee’s — Restaurant in High Ridge Township

I visit here frequently and today was one of the WORST experience's. Linda one of the managers was working drive thru. I ordered my food an said with that can I get a tea with light ice. As I pull around the cashier was talking to a gentleman who appeared to be doing work inside, she grabbed a cup filled it with ice to the top and put it under the tea. I tried getting her attention but it didn't work. She finally opened the window and I said I'm sorry but I watched you fill the tea cup of ice. She immediately had attitude and said "no I did not" as I said ma'am I watched you she said "no you didn't" she went walking back n forth getting the food and saying how she did light ice and saying something about me... Needless to say she argued with me over ice and then slammed my card down an forgot to pay for my order she was so upset. I said " ma'am my card" Linda was her name replied with a bigger attitude and said " I haven't paid for your food yet" then closed the window.

My issue here is the attitude of a so called manager. Who treats people this way especially as a manager. I was nice an kept my cool and even probably very confused looking. I understand that fast food places fill up cups with ice because either the tea is warm or they just don't pay attention but this didn't need to be an argument over ice. I mean as being a retail store manager myself this definitely shows the quality of service people give. Do better Linda...

Wife wanted to go to Hardees, I have never had much luck with the company as a whole, but she likes it. Went to the one in House Springs. Was overcharged for my meal, ordered a double cheeseburger with pickles only, after 20 minutes of waiting I recieved my meal and had everything but pickles. So went up to the cashier to see if they remake it. Waited another 10-15 minutes for the remake, the got the pickles only correct this time, but forgot the second patty of the double cheeseburger, so third time might be the charm. They at least got it correct the third time, but the buns on all of our meals were freezer burned and stale. So not good, talked to the person in charge and they agreed to refund the price difference that was wrong from the original order, but then she added to my credit card even more charges instead of a refund. She then said I would need to come back when there was a manager in the store to help. So for fun I decided to return 2 days later when she was working again. She returned the money for the over charge but stated that the fine print in the window ad says that the original charge was correct and that even though they messed up 3 times and no one in the store new how the promotion worked that was all she was will to do to help. I went there today and ordered to be five packs quesadilla and a chicken soft taco went to the window paid no issues everything is great service is great we had quesadilla chicken soft taco and was the process of eating our tacos when a self-tapping screw fill out what the tacos I proceeded to go inside and I told him look this is going to sound crazy I know it's going to sound weird cuz people like to exact things to try and get money or whatever but I kindly said hey this was the situation and the gentleman behind the counter said something about a refund and I said you know that's fine it was more like a I was more embarrassed pointed out that anything and when I went outside to get my car they said oh we can only refund you for half of it like I was lying to him even though I said you know it's going to sound crazy but then that's when you know they kind of made me feel like I was lying and snapping for fun for one thing and then they said they wouldn't do a refund without a receipt which the guy in the window as if we wanted one we declined for him to act like he didn't even remember me coming to the drive-thru very bad experience if I could rate...
