Dairy Queen (Treats and Cakes) — Restaurant in Highland Charter Township

There was one very hard working, polite, conscientious young man working at 4:30 pm on a beautiful, sunny Sunday. He was working the counter, the drive thru, taking Door Dash and phone orders. It was busy, and he was doing a phenomenal job, but it was simply way too much work for one person, no matter how efficient he was. We waited 1/2 hour to get served. Many people left. We probably would have if we hadn't promised our grandchildren ice cream. The owners are lucky he did not lock up...

Ice cream was not great at all. I'm a critic though but even my 7 year old kid couldn't eat/drink her strawberry shake. I don't think it's the location that's at fault, it's the brand. I also know that a couple others in our group exchanged their ice cream for something else. We will stick with Cold Stone for the real deal or the local custard shops. For service they only had two employees too so it took 25min to serve the team. The first people were done by the time they got to the end...

This is just unacceptable on any standard. No person paying a premium price for a premium product should be served this the second it is handed to them.

It was given to me completely melted and I had to request multiple napkins and a lid to put it in because it was falling all over my hands and clothing.
