Dunkin' — Restaurant in Highland Park

Horrible service, unfriendly and incompetent staff, incorrect item and overcharged!!! We were not greeted or even acknowledged by the 3 people behind the counter, waited by the registers, nothing, went to the ice cream case area, and stood there for a while too, and still nothing. Went back to the order register and only after another customer came in, did someone finally ask if we wanted anything. Then she proceeds to ring us up only to toss out the reciept without even offering it to us! We move down to the pick up area and the girl there asks what we wanted. Um, we just placed our order, so why doesn't she know what we just paid for? She just shakes her head when I ask her, says to tell her and she'll make it. What funny business is this? I go back, ask the first woman for our reciept and she proceeds to re-ring up what we requested. Really? We leave and as I sip my iced coffee, realize there is no sugar in it, and notice we were overcharged. They charged us an xtra, 'local item 1' without explanation too! Would...

I went in the evening on tuesday the 20th and the service i received was really upsetting. I wanted to order a cake and the lady in the front just pointed and said "Theres the sheet , fill it out" she then turned her back and got on her phone. I already felt she was being rude but carried on. I looked at the sheet and some things were confusing and I wanted to get the best cake for my grandkid so I went back to the front and there was no one there. I waited for about 5 minutes before I heard laughter on the other side and when I went there I asked one of the girls for help, and they all said "I dont know how to do that" and one of them walked away. No one wanted to help me, its like I was being ignored. I have to give a huge shoutout to Lucy who i see early mornings at this Dunkin..She’s honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I usually stop by on my way to work and order an iced coffee and a French Cruller, and no matter how busy it gets, she’s always quick, friendly, and gets everything just right. Even through the drive-thru, my order always tastes fresh and perfect… my coffee is made exactly how I like it and the French Cruller is always soft, light, and fresh, never stale like other places. You can really tell Lucy takes pride in what she does and cares about making sure customers starts their day off right. It’s hard to find that kind of consistency and great attitude early in the morning, but she nails it every time.
